2. Visiting this website
This website is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser details, to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer to the US relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).
We use no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no embedded third-party content. Fonts are loaded from our own server. The Instagram link is a plain link; no data goes to Instagram unless you click it.
3. Email updates about 01
When you sign up for updates, we process your email address, the language of the sign-up page, and the time and IP address of your sign-up and confirmation. Purpose: to send you 3–4 emails about the development and launch of 01, and to be able to prove your consent. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We use double opt-in: you are only added once you click the link in our confirmation email.
We use Brevo (Brevo SAS, 9-17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France) as our processor for sign-up and sending. Brevo automatically counts how often our emails are opened and how often links in them are clicked. For our confirmation emails, these counts are anonymous and not linked to your address. We only use them to check that our emails arrive.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to info@ablauskin.com. We then remove your address from the list; we keep the record of your consent for up to three years. We delete the list at the latest when we stop sending updates about 01.
4. Transfer to Korea
The controller is based in the Republic of Korea. The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for Korea (Art. 45 GDPR).
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example where you live (Art. 77 GDPR). Just write to us at info@ablauskin.com.
